He'd had a severe stroke (can't walk and hand can't grip) and is elderly. However, he was able to put it together with his wife so assembly was easy enough. He has said it seems to be helping his recovery since he can't have physical therapy every day. Still works well with no problems after a month. Decent product at a good price. Recommended.
