THE MACHINE DID ROTATE AS STATED, HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO RESISTENCE AND I COULDN’T FEEL THE IMPACT OF HAVING EXERCISED.I THOUGHT IT COULD BE USED TO GET ME MOTIVATED, BUT I REALIZED THAT MY REGULAR, TENSION ADJUSTED,
EXERCISE BIKE PROVED TO BE BETTER. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE CREDIT OR A REFUND FOR THE BIKE EVENTHOUGH IT WAS SENT BACK LONG AGO.

This piece of equipment is really only good for someone who is really infirmed. There is no way to increase the resistance, so you can’t improve from where you started. I sent it back. If you are elderly and have no muscle mass and don’t really want to develop any, then this piece of equipment is for you.

Can’t understand this product – actually helps you pedal… maybe good for someone doing rehab? no resistance provided in pedals even though would appear to have inner gears and overall floor weight to do it.. wish mfc had told me – I’m going to try to get refund

Bought this to give my arms and legs some movement, as I have ALS and loss of muscle in my legs. This device really did not work at all. I am a “young” 54 years and have been quite active in the past, so thought that using this would be a piece of cake. I wear a womens size 9 shoe and I used this machine with and without shoes but my feet would hit the floor each rotation, and knock my feet off the pedals! Wow, not fun. Also, the toxic smell from this plastic machine filled my home for a week! I could not get near the machine for the first couple of days. Returned it to Amazon and got my money back.

Easy to set up. The only drawback for me is the pedal foot stirups or holders that hold your foot. They’re not larger and flexible enough for a size 12D sneaker. I use the bike for at least 1 and sometimes 2 times a day. I should have had the bike years ago when I was no longer able to tide a stationary bike. I have primary progressive MS.
