I had problems with my shoulder, and encountered the Thera Band bands as part of my physical therapy. Then the Physical therapist indicated I should do a general program of weights and resistence. This, and the legs, were great first to get into shape for weights, and as something I can take on the road, or use when I can’t get to the gym to work out. Easy to use, all you need is a door.
